COMPANY LTD. which started it's operation

inclusion of new departments to fulfill it's mission

| Md.
Mahfuz Ali Sohel, M.Sc in Applied Physics &
Electronics from Dhaka University with specialized
knowledge of Computer Logistic Support and Marketing
joined Tech Valley as Chairman and assumed the
responsibility of Logistic support division. His
well earned experience while working with HONEYWELL,
WANG systems and Networking Solutions in Bangladesh
can be considered as a rare achievement. |

DIRECTOR |
| Md.
Moinul Islam, M.Sc in Applied Physics & Electronics
from Dhaka University with specializing later
on Electronic Automation & Customer Support
for Mid-range Computer systems joined Tech Valley
as the founder Managing Director. His well earned
experience while working with WANG VS Systems
Support (H/W & S/W) and marketing is an outstanding
experience and well recognized both by the local
United States concerns as well as by the local

Asif Mahmood, B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical) from
India. His fields of specialization are on LAN
& WAN systems, Software Support. He joined
Tech Valley as the founder Director and assumed
the responsibility of LAN & Software division
as well as Marketing division. He has the expertise
in WANG VS Operating System, Novell Netware Windows
NT, as well as Telecommunication products &
solutions e.g. WAN, Routers etc. |

background in business administration and experience

exclusively represented by Tech Valley Computers

Division:
There are two GM & three Managers and fifteen
engineers/technicians with educational background
in engineering and technology as well as network
certification, server management certification
& structured cabling certification from reputed
international organization.
HP & UPS Division:
There are two Managers and fourteen engineers/technicians
with educational background in engineering and
technology as well as certification in relevant
sectors from relevant organizations.
Finance & Accounting
Division:
There are two GM's & three Managers and sixteen
officers/staff's with accounting background are
working in two different locations.
